Motel 6-Madison, WI - East

Most of the staff are great!. Except for the weekend women. Her name is wendy. She is absolutely horrible. I think she is racist towards white people. The manager Eric is awesome. He really knows how to do his job and makes this location worth staying at. In my opinion he should be at a much nicer location. Also the night front desk person is also bad. He is "ALWAYS" SLEEPING... Never has the coffee ready by 6am. His name is Dan. Also this property advertised have free wifi for guests. Well it does not reach the middle of the hotel let alone the whole buildings. Also Dan the night desk person lets his homeless buddys in sid to charge their phones and drink the coffee. Every night. The building needs a lot of work to be considered a decent hotel.

I was little bit disappointed that they don't have Internet in the room. But for the rest is perfect. I really enjoyed my stay and the staffs are very kind and helpful. I feel like home and easy to go to the nearest places. Very good location super. I would definitely recommend it to the people and also I would like to come back again. Perfect place

cleaning lady went out of her way to help us with luggage, find light bulbs that work getting us an extension cord because outlets for my cpap machine wouldn't work she was wonderful she found us a a bathtub stopper that worked so I could take a bath not a shower vI would give her a raise for how helpful she was

I liked the fact that it's close to the dollar store and by the mall and convenient restaurants I like that is walking distance I can get to the bus stop from the bus stop

The staff is actually very friendly Wendy and Bree have been absolutely amazing. They have been very accommodating and treat my family as well as myself very well almost like family.
